The project is located in Nanchong city, Sichuan probince. Ii is divided into 3 parts, they are commercial street, courtyard for high-level and villa garden. Each of them is independent relatively, but is connected to each other in landscape.
Commercial street area belongs to the commercial annex, it contains 3 parts in landscape, that is green landscape belt near the commercial buildings, characteristic pedestrian street which is defined by tree pool and landscape lamp, leisure landscape area next to the green area. In the whole design, the commercial street depends on the delicate walls, waterscape, lamp posts, flower beds and so on to promote the quality of landscape and tourism experience. The high-level courtyards and villa gardens are separated by the entrance axis, and each of them has its own entrance for people. These two parts are independent relatively. The landscape size is large in the high-level courtyard. And is emphasizes the public activity, so there are some squares, swimming pools and green space and so on . The villa garden part focuses on considering the residential quality and people’s psychology, and inside this part is primarily small space, such as pavilion, platform, water and trees, and we use them to create a garden in the green space
項(xiàng)目位于四川省南充市，項(xiàng)目用地呈帶狀空間，根據(jù)建筑功能的區(qū)別主要分為商業(yè)街區(qū)、高層庭院區(qū)和洋房花園區(qū)三個(gè)大的功能板塊，各個(gè)板塊間相對(duì)獨(dú)立，但在景觀上互為因借。
商業(yè)街區(qū)服務(wù)于商業(yè)裙房，在設(shè)計(jì)中分為三個(gè)景觀層次：臨近商業(yè)建筑的林蔭景觀帶、由特色樹池和景觀燈柱界定的特色步行街、臨近綠化區(qū)域的休閑觀景區(qū)。商業(yè)街在開敞便捷的整體設(shè)計(jì)中，還以精致打造的小品景墻、水景、燈柱、花池等元素提升商業(yè)街的景觀品質(zhì)和游覽體驗(yàn)。高層庭院區(qū)與洋房花園區(qū)以車型入口軸線為界，各自設(shè)立人行入口，形成相對(duì)獨(dú)立的兩個(gè)功能片區(qū)。在高層庭院區(qū)主要以較大的景觀尺度為設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)，強(qiáng)調(diào)活動(dòng)的公共性，所以在設(shè)計(jì)中以中心區(qū)域公共化、宅間區(qū)域私密化為宗旨打造廣場、泳池、綠地等活動(dòng)場地。而洋房花園區(qū)在考慮居住品質(zhì)和用戶心理，以精致私密的小空間打造為主，以亭、臺(tái)、水、樹為元素打造林蔭中的景觀體驗(yàn)。
